Registration
Let's get dancing! Registration is an easy 3 part process:
1. Electronically fill out and submit the registration request by clicking on the button located to the right
2. Pay your $40 registration fee through Venmo @CreativeDanceWorks or by personal check
3. Fill out the PDF, print it, sign it and send it with your dancer to their first class
Dancer registration is for a 9 month class session. Tuition is based on the number of classes for the year, not by the number of classes in the month. Tuition is due on the first class of each month. Tuition may be paid by check (written to Jessica Dutson) or Venmo (@CreativeDanceWorks).
Tuition is $45 per month. You may opt to pay for the semester in advance, if desired. The first class in August is included in the registration fee. December tuition is $11.25. No tuition will be collected for May even though a studio rehearsal and concert will take place. All other months will be full tuition.
Registration Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $40/dancer. This fee is due at the time of registration via Venmo @CreativeDanceWorks. This fee covers registration and August tuition.
Concert Fee: There will be a performance fee of $50/dancer, due by January 15th. This fee goes directly to costumes, props, facilities rental and special event insurance. Dancers keep their costumes after the concert.
