February Creatives of the Month

Miss K is our Creative of the Month for the preschool Grow class. She is a fabulous listener and has excellent focus when it comes to implementing movement and concepts into her dances. She takes class seriously and tries very hard to listen to rhythms, stay on target, and explore movement ideas.

This girl is an animal lover! Here are some responses to some fill in the blanks:

Someday I want to..."ride a horse."

My favorite book is..."my little pony."

When I grow up I will..."be a vet."

Yep, she is ALL about the animals!

Miss K's favorite thing about creative dance is "that we have a really nice teacher" (ahh ;) ) and her favorite part of class is "stretching."

I love having her in class and her good listening ears are a great example to everyone!

Miss A is our Creative of the Month for the Explore class. This bright bubbly girl is so fun to have in class because she is always eager to explore new ways of moving and is usually one of the first to volunteer to try out a concept from our springboard discussion. She is working so hard on her leaps and her strong little legs are working hard to get her there. Miss A has a great memory and helps remind me where we leave off in our books and patterns.

What I like best about creative dance is..."sometimes we do crafts."

I love this girl's adventurous spirit and her courage to try new things, she is a delightful dancing friend!

Dancing and laughing with Miss J is an absolute joy! She loves to move and dance across the floor with the most determined look on her face. She has a graceful quality about the way she moves her body and tries really hard to make sure her toes are pointed! Miss J enjoys making up her own patterns and likes to share them whenever she can.

Miss J is a wonderful Creative of the Month for the Discover class because she is dedicated to improving her technique while enjoying friendships and exploring her own creativity!
